Easy to use | Good freezing effect

The cell freezing container does not need any alcohol liquid. It can provide cells with a cooling rate of 1°C per minute under -80°C refrigerator conditions, meeting the optimal conditions for cryopreservation of most cells. It is made of high-grade polyethylene foam material and contains an alloy inner core, which has no impact on the freezing environment and will not affect other frozen samples around it. The cell cryopreservation effect is consistent and the experiment is reproducible.

Instructions:

  • Place the cryopreservation tube containing cells into the cell freezing container, and cover the lid;
  • Place the cell freezing container into a -80°C refrigerator and freeze it for more than 4 hours to achieve the cryopreservation effect;
  • Take out the cell freezing container and quickly move the cryogenic tube to a liquid nitrogen environment for storage or other subsequent operation.

Precautions:

  • Before putting it in the refrigerator, make sure the metal ring is lying flat on the bottom of the container and the lid is closed;
  • After placing it in the refrigerator, avoid being close to other objects and make sure,there is a 2.5cm gap around it;
  • Please keep it in a dry and cool place when not in use, and try to avoid high temperature above 60°C and ultraviolet light;
  • It is strongly recommended to check the cell viability after cryopreservation before terminating the culture of the original cell line.
